Here is How to deal with sagging breasts

saggy boobs

Being a young lady with saggy breasts is a turn off for some kind. The case is something different for ladies with larger breasts, as the sagging would make you to appear weird and may weigh you down when you run or perform some form of activity.

In Africa, I believe we don't know much when it comes to sagging breasts, as I believe that most women don't even worry about it and see it as normal, until your spouse starts eyeing other ladies with fuller fronts that's when it gets to your mind. but this situation can be changed and you can have full breasts just like an 18 year old.

But before we rush into remedies, let's first understand why breasts sag.

Sagging or drooping of breasts is a natural, inevitable process that happens to all women at some point, except to women with fairly small breasts.

The most notable sagging happens with the process called breast involution (see below), but breasts can start drooping a little at any age, because they do NOT have muscles in them. They have ligaments and connective tissue.

When the gravity pulls the breasts down, those ligaments and the skin can stretch, and so the breast then droops. This depends on the elasticity of your skin and of your ligaments, as determined by your genes and diet, and also on normal aging processes. Obviously large breasts will sag easier since the gravity is pulling them down more. When breasts bounce during active sports, such as tennis, those ligaments can also be stretched or even torn. A good sports bra can minimize that effect, and is recommendable.

The ways listed here does not involve surgery if you are worrying about the financial aspect of this:

How to Deal with Saggy Breasts:

1. Keep your body young and fit by exercising.

Unfortunately, lots of people not only women don't exercise. The ones that do see it only as a way of reducing weight and nothing. But Ladies here is another reason to exercise. It will make you look and feel good by controlling your weight and giving you a trim waist to help emphasize the perkiness of your breasts.

Aerobic exercise like jogging, walking, or swimming will help keep your waist small. Try to do 150 to 75 minutes per week.
Aerobic exercise will also release endorphins which will relax you, lift your mood, and make you feel better about yourself.

2.  Strengthen the muscles in your chest with weight lifting.

When you hear weight lifting, am sure you were like.... What? Am also sure that 70 percent of you have never seen a gym in the last 1 year or more. But lifting a bit of weight could help emphasize the perkiness of your breasts.

While your breasts themselves do not have muscles in them, toning the underlying muscles might still help them resist the pull of gravity. Try to do weight training at least twice a week.

Strengthen your pectoral, shoulder, and triceps muscles with chest presses. Lie on your back on the floor with a weight in each hand. Your elbows should be touching the floor with your forearms straight up in the air. Push the weights straight up until your arms are extended. Repeat.
Build your biceps with biceps curls. Stand straight and hold a weight in your hand with your palm facing up. Bend your elbow and bring the weight towards your shoulder. Bring it down and repeat.
Do pushups to strengthen the muscles in your arms, chest and back. Lie on your stomach on the floor with your palms against the floor next to your shoulders. Prop yourself up on your toes. Extend your arms and lift your body off the floor. Your arms should be fully extended. Gently let yourself down and repeat. If you cannot do a pushup from your toes, start by bending your knees when you go up, rather than keeping your legs straight.

3. Keep your skin resilient by eating enough nutrients (which include fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins and carbohydrate.

Your body uses protein to heal, and this includes damage to the skin, connective tissues, and muscles which help your breasts resist gravity. Fruits will provide your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs to keep your breast tissues young and healthy looking.

The average adult should eat two to three portions of a protein rich food per day. This can be meat, milk, fish, eggs, soy, beans, legumes, or nuts.

Excellent sources of complex carbohydrates are beans, peas, lentils, peanuts, potatoes, corn, green peas, parsnips, and whole-grain breads. Carbohydrates should make up approximately half of the calories you consume each day.
Adults should consume 4 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables each day.
Tasty options for getting your servings of fruits include berries, cucumber, grains, nuts, olives, beans, corn, peas, sunflower seeds, peppers, pumpkin, squash, and tomatoes. Vegetables include broccoli, beets, carrots, celery, lettuce, spinach, cauliflower and potatoes.

4. Avoid putting on and losing weight too quickly.

Most women will gain and lose weight from their breasts as well as other body areas. Such rapid changes can cause your skin to stretch as you gain weight faster than your body can handle it. Similarly, when you lose weight too quickly, you can wind up with excess saggy skin.

If you plan to gain or lose weight, see a nutritionist (I can't say we have them in the right quantity in Africa, or we even know where we can find one, but if you are serious enough you will get one) so you can plan to do it slowly and steadily to prevent your skin from stretching.
Avoid becoming overweight. As you do, your breasts will become larger increasing their weight and making them more likely to sag over time.

5. Vitamin E
Vitamin e is known to life saggy breasts by increasing collagen production which helps with the elasticity of our skin resulting in beautiful supple breasts. It can also help establish new skin cells which will help the
overall appearance of your breasts.

Applying pure vitamin e ointment on the breasts after showering for better absorption. Be sure to include vitamin e oil rubs in your daily routine as it will take some time before you start seeing significant results.
