Health Tips for a Longer and Enjoyable Life

Well Everyone wants to live long and enjoy the life's bliss. Well an irregular and unplanned lifestyle can deprive us of many things more than just a long life span. Being Healthy is one thing Staying Healthy is another. To Create a healthier and fun world out there I have gathered this top health tips some from experience others from research.

Eat Healthy Fruits
Eat Vegetables and Fruits

Eat some fresh fruit two times a day. its important for body welfare. Do not skip your vegetables. A diet high in vegetables is helps reduces the risk of developing cancers like those of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, pancreas, esophagus, bladder, stomach  and ovary. And many of the most powerful phytonutrients which comes from vegetables are the ones with the strongest or boldest colors — such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes and leafy greens. So don't skip them


Choose Good Protein Sources

Most of us already know that proteins are essential for us but Choosing good sources is also a necessity, try to include oily fish such as salmon and tuna two times a week. Avoid red meat as much as possible; reduce it intake to once a week or you can go lesser than that and make sure you choose very lean cuts.

Completely Chew Your Food 

We aren't like birds who have stones in their system which break down food. We got teeth for that so Chew your food well, until it becomes very soft and almost in a  liquid form. This will help enormously with your digestion, and you will eat less!

Regular Water Intake 

Consume 6-8 glasses of water a day. Feed  your body with the life supporting liquid. Water is very important for those in the tropical region as the rate of evaporation is high. Cut your coffee and soda intake, and replace it with tea and vegetable juices. At a business lunch, for example, you can order for tea instead of a coffee.

Avoid Sugars

Avoid sugary and rich/fried food, knowing possibly causes diabetes and other health complications and keep away from the bread and butter basket at restaurants… save the calories for real healthy food!

Think positive

Studies made by Researchers shows a healthy positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health. Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive things in life even though when things seem to be rough

Do Your Exercises Daily

Exercises can also be known as Anti Aging Activities  This includes improving eyesight, Stabilizing blood pressure, improving lean muscle, lowering cholesterol level and improving bone density. If you want to live healthy and longer, YOU MUST EXERCISE! Researches have shown that even 10 minutes of exercise makes a difference. From Jogging to Gym Exercises to simple exercises like dancing to music. Anything that can make your muscles do work and cause you to lose calories. Just Exercise

Adequate Rest and Sleep 
Get at good and adequate night's sleep

Well after all the hard days work. Your body has to rest so if you deny your body an adequate sleep then you are in for an unhealthy and short lifespan. If you do have trouble sleeping, try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. Don't Let thoughts about life and business take away you night's rest away. You can Write down worries or stressful thoughts to get them out of your head. This will help you put them into perspective so you can quit worrying about them. Sweet Dreams.
