Laugh, smile, Fill your life with things you love and get rid of almost everything else. Practice activities that can relieve stress like meditation and exercise, and learn to appreciate joy when you find it. Happiness does a body good.

Water is seriously needed for a healthy and longer lifespan. Insufficient amount of water in the body one of the major causes of excessive wrinkles. In order to for your skin to stay moist and elastic, it definitely needs a good and constant supply of water. If you fail to get enough fluids in your body, cells will start to lose elasticity and eventually wrinkles shall start appearing. Here’s how water affects your beauty.

Don’t raise your eyebrows or frown too much

Okay this is an obvious one. Raising you eyebrows too much can actually give  you wrinkles and. Learn how to express yourself without much forehead crinkling. This will reduce the amount of forehead lines making you look younger. Just try it.

Surely it also causes premature aging of the skin mainly by reducing blood supply and nourishment to the skin.  Also while smoking, some repetitive actions like squinting to protect the eyes from aggressive fumes and constantly dragging in the fumes into his/her mouth causes wrinkles over time at the corners of the eyes and the mouth. Don’t smoke Smoking is one of the easiest ways to look older than you really are and shorten your life at the same time.

Well we know that adequate sleep is necessary for the full development of the body. When you don’t get enough sleep, the body produces excess cortisol – a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Get enough rest and you’ll produce more of HGH (The human growth hormone), which helps skin remain thick, more elastic and reduces the chances of wrinkling. You will also feel less tired and there will be a glow on your face. That's sure to light up your life
